Our Garlic EVOO actuallly gives off the flavor of pungent, fresh garlic. Since the garlic and olive oil are almost used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything. It is great to marinate steaks with, or as a vinaigrette with Jalapeno White Balsamic.
