Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 2.5 cup cauliflower, riced (rice using food processor or cheese grater)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tbsp. Urban Accents Roma
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Pizza Toppings
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce (or more for your desired sauciness)
- paleo pizza toppings of your choice (we suggest cooked crumbled Italian sausage, sautéed mushrooms, sliced olives, sliced bell peppers, fresh basil)
- drizzle with olive oil, (suggest Tuscan Herb, Garlic, or Basil)

Instructions
Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave shredded cauliflower in a large bowl for 4 minutes and let cool. Wrap in a cheesecloth or thin dishtowel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Place cauliflower back in bowl and add egg, almond flour, seasoning and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spread mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and shape into a circle (or square!). Crust should be fairly thin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
Paleo Pizza
- Remove crust from oven and ladle pizza sauce over crust, spreading evenly. Add other toppings of your choice.
- Bake for additional 10-15 minutes, or until toppings are warmed through. Slice and serve.(*adapted from Urban Accent recipe page)
