Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe peaches, diced
  
• 2-3 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
  
• 1 cup organic corn
  
• 1 small red onion, chopped
  
• a small bunch of fresh cilantro or parsley leaves, chopped
  
• 1 clove garlic, minced
  
• juice and zest of one lime 
• splash of Peach White Balsamic
• sea salt and pepper, to your taste
  

  Instructions:

  Gently combine all ingredients.

  Refrigerate for up to 4 days and stir just before serving.
