BALSAMIC WHIPPED CREAM

2 c heavy cream

1/2 c sugar (or more)

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar *(preferably white balsamic like Cascadian Raspberry, Key Lime or Cara-Cara Vanilla)Directions:Combine cream, sugar and balsamic vinegar in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes, until soft peaks form.
- If using to top cupcakes, be sure that the cupcakes are completely cooled. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
- Top fresh fruit with balsamic whipped cream too!
