Whipped Cream with Balsamic

BALSAMIC WHIPPED CREAM

  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 1/2 c sugar (or more)
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar *(preferably white balsamic like Cascadian Raspberry, Key Lime or Cara-Cara Vanilla) 
    Directions:
    Combine cream, sugar and balsamic vinegar in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes, until soft peaks form.
    1. If using to top cupcakes, be sure that the cupcakes are completely cooled. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
    2. Top fresh fruit with balsamic whipped cream too!
